Retention of customer data
As a general rule, for accounting purposes, CMLS retains personal data collected on its customers for a period of 5 years after the last processing. We retain other data for as long as it is necessary for the performance of the contract and the preservation of our rights, unless it is required by law or for operational reasons.
Personal data collected for marketing purposes is generally deleted as soon as it has served its purpose or at the request of the customer.
